Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute) is a US company specializing in geographic information systems (GIS). Esri offers software and solutions for the collection, analysis, visualization and management of geographic data. Esri's best-known software is “ArcGIS”, a platform that makes it possible to create maps and perform spatial analyses.‍ Companies and organizations worldwide use Esri's GIS technology in various industries such as urban planning, environmental protection, infrastructure, healthcare, transportation and more to make and optimize decisions based on location data.‍

Voxelgrid x Esri:

As part of the Digital Twin project in Kranzberg, Voxelgrid digitized the company's headquarters using state-of-the-art laser scanning technology. Within a very short time, the interior of the company headquarters was precisely captured. The results are CAD plans at a scale of 1:100 in DWG format and a highly detailed Revit model. These include room stamps with information such as room number, use, floor area, room perimeter, room height and flooring - ideal prerequisites for the implementation of an ArcGIS Indoors project.
